Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

NOCVEX is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nocvex.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, NOCVEX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country.

NOCVEX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
